my baby is 2 months old can i follow intermittent fasting diet....?????

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent no , please don't you may skip some bites at thr end of meal but please don't opt for the intermittent fasting v take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky keep yourself well hydrated
