my baby is 2 and half months old he is on formula feed he is vomiting a lot and he is not gaining weight now he is 4.2 kg and birth weight bis 3.3 kg . what to do?

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so according to babies birth weight babies weight is totally fine.
