Q.

my baby is 2.5 month old. one side of the testicles is bigger- right side and other side of the testicle is littler smaller comparatively. is it normal or a matter of concern? although there is no pain or issue observed

A. this maybe because of hydrocele sometimes hernia is a possibility. cfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
