my baby is 1year 4months he was vomiting for the past two days today after eating he vomited he has no appetite to eat what can I give him

A. Emset 1.5 ML can be offered to the child as of now which is what is going to be really very helpful and also along with that I would advise you that you should consult your doctor as well with vomiting continuously happening with your child
