hii sir my baby is having vomiting from last night ,one big vomiting with whatever he had taken from past 2 days n then watery vomit and today morning also just had water and vomited. I have given one dose of enterogermina now plz help what should I do he was not having proper appetite from past two day's

A. hi, Viral and bacterial infections most often cause vomiting,in kids, give syp vomikind 4 ml 2 times a day, Offer something to eat it drink 1 hours after giving medicine. Also give ors water as well
