The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

Some women do not even get it till the age of two years who need not worry about it if you’re not facing any other discomfort associated with your hormones then there is no problem as periods can happen any time after delivery it could be a short time also and a long time also
