My baby is 19 days old. my milk supply is suddenly reduced. it was good 3 days before. Also left breast has less milk that right one. can you pls guide me here

You can take a lactation supplement I think that is going to be quite benefiting for you to increase your feed for your child sometimes it happens if You Are not having good diet or suddenly do some alterations in the diet so make sure to have a good diet leading with proteins and plenty of fibres and fluids which will really help
