My baby is 18 Month old, he's normal during daytime but his temp increases slightly after 6 PM around 100 to 101. I couldn't find the reason and is it normal?

A. Probably associated with viral as that is something which is commonly seen with kids to have fever at a particular time and then it’s subside after a while and then again comes after another 12 to 13 hours so it is indicating towards that
