A. Sleep pattern of small babies is very different and if there is no discomfort or any cause like infantile colic ,nasal blockage or any kind of pain and if the child is playful and taking proper feeding there is nothing to worry, have patience , this pattern will get normal with time.just keep monitoring your baby for comfortable position and temperature. every baby has its own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age, only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. too much of light and noise may interfere, avoid any excess screen time, fix a regular time, do not allow day time sleep which us not so necessary , massage the feet of the baby goyfor a relaxed and undisturbed sleep. gentle rocking and patting of the baby, singing a lullaby, and light music will also play a good role. lesser the noise and better the sleep.a sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.

A. U Have to keep your child away through the day that’s when this routine is going to change basically if you want your child to sleep make your child sleep around 3 o’clock and make your child up maximum by 430 this will make your child sleep during the day time also and for a lesser duration then only your child is going to sleep at night on right time
