My baby is 16months old. I have peeled and boiled beetroot and cooked veg. Rice in that water. Is it save for my baby?

A. Dear mum, cooking rice using the water used for boiling beet root is absolutely fine. There is no problem in it. After 1 year, give all family foods to your child.
