Q.
my baby is 16 months old. she has stopped eating each and everything offered to her for last 10 days,she just throw everything on floor.Earlier she use to be active eater. She just ask for milk whenever she is hungry. I am very worried. please help

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, it might be due to teething. While teething they will have irritation on the gums. Give finger foods like potato sticks, carrot sticks, Dosa, parathas which they can chew which will give something to the gums. Give liquids like fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, buttermilk, soups. Give food in smaller quantities and increase the number of feed. Since baby is one plus year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home but make sure it is cooked well and less oily and less spicy.
