my baby is 14months and 3 week, she love tomato everyday shes eating 2 or 3, is good or bad, how many eats to need in one day

A. Hello dear parent! You can continue giving tomatoes to your baby if the baby relishes. At the same time give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child.
