Q.

Now i am 2 months pregnant, walking is good or bad??or should I start after 3 months??

A. regular daily walking during pregnancy is the safe and very healthy thing to be done. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Pregnancy is not a problem. So do your daily routine. You can walk at medium pace. Do not over exert yourself. Walk till the time you feel comfortable. Thanks and take care
