my baby is 14 months old. till now I didn't get my periods what to do to get periods

The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

Not worry you will get your period whenever your body is ready for that you do not have to do anything to force your period it’s a very normal scenario with Women which you are in need not worry about you will resume with your menstruation in your body is ready for it
