Q.

my baby is 13 months he not like to drink milk, if I add little boost in it then he drink it, can I continue giving boost in milk to him?? or suggest any thing for chocolate flavour to add in milk

A. dear avoid adding because it is high in sugar contains additives and flavour instead try flavouring milk with dry fruit powder, cardamom or saffron, powder nuts Milk products like curd paneer cheese can also be given recipes incorporating milk like porridge, carrot kheer
