My baby is 11months old and is quite reluctant to eat any solids.. always wants to play... if he s distracted then he will eat whatever is fed to him... many times he just spits the food out. feeding him is becoming a rigorous task day by day. what do i do?

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your child some natural appetizers including buttermilk coconut water ajwain ka Pani vegetable soup in order to open up the appetite a little
