Q.
My baby is 11month old. He has fever from yesterday with 102 °F. And also he has cold. After giving medication cold is better. But after giving paracetamol syrup to him for 1 hour his temperature becomes normal. After that again it is raising. What should I do? Today can I take him to pediatrician????

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold spocnging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperaturde down .
