My baby is 11 months old. Suddenly he is not eating anything ( soilds)from last 6 days. Why he refuse everything to eat?

Teething What is the most common reason that I can think of currently because this is what happens when a child has its teeth the appetite of the child is quite suppress and this is what most commonly happened so I think that would possibly be the reason
