PallaviMom of a 7 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...give more fluids too baby more water more juices....give coconut water also...it happens...don't worry...give more and more fluids which helps a lot..but in case it doesn't change then do call your baby's pediatrician for better check.
