my baby is 11 months old and after c section my periods are return after 10 months of delivery and it's 2nd month of period and period is missing and pregnancy test is negative what is the reason of period missing???

This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
