I got an C-section this is my first delivery and my baby turned into 10 months but still I didn't got my periods....can I know the reason

better keep follow up with a good gynac, do regular scan. strict rest. ni no stress. try to avoid intercourse and take all your supplement daily. all this case need follow up. periods after delivered can be irregular and you need to follow good contraception as well so that u avoid unwanted pregnancy. use options like copper T, ocp etc in this with regularly ok
