break fast as poha cheela upma suji halwa dosa idly uthapam
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetable cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
according to baby appetite half a katori or full katori
