Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. with the growth of age there are many options direct from your kitchen try feeding everything little by little that is being cooked in your kitchen traditionally this helps in providing healthy nutrients to the growing child as well as you can make your baby in habit of eating everything of course it should be not spicy and junk food but fresh seasonal fruits vegetables suits dal rice chapati fresh curd white paneer there are so many options
