A. hi if your child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry. although observe your child for next 48 hours,if there is any symptoms like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty, dazzineess, low appetite, vomiting, diaherra etc then please consult your nearest pediatrician immediately . try cool pack on forhead . maintain good hygiene
