my baby is 10months what to do for darker skin to get glowing skin please suggest

Colour complexion cannot be changed but if it has become tanning or something then you can start using sunscreen lotion on at a particular place where the tanning is there you can clean that area by rubbing potato juice on the area where the tanning is there it is going to help in reducing down the tanning but if you talk about clearing the complexion that doesn’t happen
