my baby is 10 months old .she 6.8 kg now.she does everything like clapping,wave her hands makes faces,says many words.she doesn’t understand any command.when we ask her to clap or say any word like “baba”,or wave her hands she won’t do anything.she stands without support for some time.what should i do.
