my baby is 10 months old he has 4 teeth in low...but upper not teeth.....why

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes it is normal and nothing to worry and baby will be able to get most of the teeth by around 2 years to 3 years which is nothing to worry about and any concerns till you may check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly and nothing to worry about
