ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give siple syp paracetamol 220 MG 4 to 5 ml in every 6 hourly for 3 days. for further consult paedriatician
