My baby is 1 year old.... CanI give him aquagaurd water or boiling water is best...

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Around one year of age you can give Aquaguard water to the baby no problem and gradually introduce finger foods to develop habit of chewing and family foods as well and gradually reduce mashing of foods
