My baby is 1 year old can I give him curd during COVID it doesn’t have any side effect means cough and cold

Yes you can give curd but make sure you give more liquids especially warm liquids and light and easily digestible foods and keep vaby hydrated and start giving steam twice a day and add little ajwain in it and naje a potli of camphor cubes ajwain lavang or cloves and keep it close to the baby
