and give dates too in milk make it like a smoothie
take 3 dates and mix it in a warm milk grind it thrown the hard piece of it
give your baby makhana 10 makhanas daily its very good for your baby
seasonal fruits too like mangoes and oranges apples they make baby body fit and give minerals and calcium too
give soilid food too when your baby taken solid foods its maintain healthy weight
