My baby is 1 year old and is suffering with cold and fever. Should I give her paracetamol drops? And what is recommended dosage?

A. yes you can give it dose depends on your babys body weight. increase breast feeding. give indirect steam inhalation n use nasal saline drops. and if no improvement then visit your doctor
