My baby is 1 year his upper jaw has 4 teeth

A. Lower jaw has two teeth and upper jaw has 4 teeth but is not taking food only depend on my ffed

A. Ok thats a good sign. But coyld you tell what is your query here? Are you concerned that there are no teeth in the lower jaw. If so i dont think there is any need to worry. The child will eventyally get it. If its bothering you please consult a pediatric dentist.
