my baby is 1 year 11 month old. she talks only 10 words. she repeatedly and always talks those words only. she understand everything, she react fast but she express through acting. not try other words. please helps me for this

Try to communicate more with your GF your child does not pick up on its speech by completing the time of 2 1/2 years on the higher side then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance then that case you have to consult a speech therapist
