My baby is 1 year 1 month old she doesn't tell any simple words but she make loud sound like aaaa..., like that

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. no need to worry and regular health check up by the doctor is more than enough and you have to worry about the talking and understanding of the child only after completion of one and half years of age

Ma’am Maybe your child is having a little bit of delayed speech and nothing else so it would be better as of now if you want you can consult an ENT doctor to have a clarity over the issue and after that whatever your doctor advises you like a medicine or something then you can go ahead with that
