my baby is 1 month old. from last 2-3 days she is waking up in fear and crying. before this she used to sleep for at least 1-2 hours in one time but now her nap last only 15-20 minutes. what should we do? please help us

A. 1 month old baby is restless during sleep you should give comfortable position to your child and monitor if you have given the milk properly you should give tummy time also after every feed
