my baby is 1 month old and he has got loose motions (4 times). what should I do? please suggest

A. It's normal in babies as some babies can poop once in a few days or even a week and some babies 5-8 times a day...not to worry if the baby is active and healthy otherwise not cranky and the poop is not foul smelling. drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby...chew some fennel seeds while breastfeeding the baby..
