my 2years 4 months son got loose motions and what he ate immediately comes with motions it is not controlling from 1 week

Its Diarrhoea then it can be definitely do some infection in the stomach of the child I’m going to advise you to get a check with your paediatrician a proper checkup and medication is only advisable with a doctor so go ahead with a doctor consultation as soon as you can
