my baby is 1 month 24 days old her birth weight is 3.4 after 1 week her weight is 2.88 now her weight is 4.3 she is in normal weight or underweight

If we calculate from the lower weight also your child has gained 1500 g which is about 750 g in a month right so that’s a very healthy weight gain minimum expectation is about 500 g in a month so despite of losing weight initially your child is gaining very well
