My baby is 1.5 month old, when should I start brushing his teeth as almost all teeth appears. which toothbrush and paste I should go for.

A. Brushing should start as soon as the first tooth erupts. You can use a normal age appropriate toothbrush and toothpaste. Remember to use a grain size of toothpaste till 3 years of age and a pea size after 3 years of age.

A. Hello parent, The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends using a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste for children ages 3 to 6. Although it should be avoided if possible, it's safe for your child to swallow this pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste.
