Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy8 years agoA. massage him regularly, give bath with Luke warm water, Limit the use of soap... moisturise his skin very often as the baby's skin is very sensitive and delicate.. it losses moisture very often.. so apply moisture in every 4-5 hours .. keep him hydrated.. breastfeed him more often... . . there are many brands available in the market... almost all are good.. but then each baby is different.. you should have a patch test before applying fully on the baby's skin.. personally I prefer Johnson baby cream and chicco lotion .
