My baby having rashes and few small red pimples like in his buttocks. what to do

You can use coconut oil or you can apply Boroline antiseptic cream also if you are using diapers continuously would recommend not to use diapers as they are extremely unhealthy to be used all the day and can create rashes like this through and through all the skin
