my baby having dysentery and his belly should be large .....it's normal

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is one year 10 months of age if baby is having dysentery please give zinconia 5ml 2 times a day to the baby along with enterogermina to tubes per day
