my baby having diarriea last week now she cure 3 day before i eat chicken curry last night today morning her potty was normal and now her potty slight redish what should i do ?

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. x
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydrationx and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk
