my baby have Cold and Fever..I m giving Calpol drops..please advice of this

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a fever then you should give her 1.3 ml paracetamol three times a day and frequent breast feeding

A. if the baby is having both cold and fever in the continue paracetamol drops the baby for cold it can give ascoril flu drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day to the baby
