my baby has severe diaper rashes I try to let keep her open in day time but she starts scratching it what should I apply to treat this rashes please help me

You should apply diaper rash cream regularly or you can also apply coconut oil. It will help to keep baby skin healthy and moisturised. Don’t use diaper for next few days but you have to cover your baby with any cotton nappy so baby can’t rub or a scratch it:
