my baby has got only 2 upper teeth. i feel worried cos she has still not got many of her teeth. is it a problem

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi By the age of 3, you can expect your child to have a complete set of 20 milk teeth. These teeth are shed when they are around 5 years old, and make way for permanent teeth. so do not worry about it
