my baby has extremely dry skin from knee to foot and it looks cracky. was using seba med both lotion and milk now switched to cetaphil lotion tried mixing lotion with Vaseline and coconut oil too but condition is d same :(

A. Avoid mixing Vaseline and coconut oil and Vaseline can be applied at bed time and during day apply Cetaphil lotion and stop using soap and use a mild baby wash with glycerine
