you should have a proper sittding posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take phxysiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Consult your doctor for advice. Good luck and take care
