my baby has cold and fever for past two days is there antibiotics needed for him (fever 102 )

A. Antibiotics are given in such a case with a child is having some kind of an infection so right now there is no need to give antibiotics continue with the medicines recommended by the doctor if your child is not good within three days then consult your doctor for further assisting
